Hello, I'm Vivek, one of the founders of Interviewstreet. Firstly, thanks for being an Interviewstreet user. Now that, you've been enjoying using Interviewstreet, won't you like to BUILD it? We're hiring hackers at our office in Mountain View, California & Bangalore, India. 

Role:
-- We're looking to add a wider variety of challenges like Artificial Intelligence (bot-vs-bot), Machine Learning, Big data challenges, etc. You'll be responsible for building the framework to support these type of challenges (Technologies used: Rails, PHP)
-- Infrastructure scaling: Auto scaling web servers and codecheckers depending on the load. Support to new languages in codecheckers. How about coding in Brainfuck (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainfuck) or Go? (Technologies used: C++, Python).
-- Implement the beautiful interface designed by our designer. Make the site 10x fast and more responsive (Technologies used: Javascript, coffeescript, backbone.js)

The above is just an overview of some of the different components in our company apart from the really really exciting features we're building to build the most engaged community of problem solvers. Very soon, this site will be like "the brain of the world".

As much as it may sound cliched, everyone is a relentless hard worker. That's the high order bit and defines everyone of us. It's really not about the number of hours you put into work but how passionate you are towards the product and users. The more passionate you are, the more you'll love users and the higher the probability of your instincts being right which is very critical to CREATE something new.
